* Extension (including directly associated works)
* Loft conversion (including directly associated works)
* Garage conversion (including directly associated works)
* Conservatory/Orangery (including directly associated works)
* Detached garage
* Detached garden room/Home office

If your project has these elements but is part of a larger project then this will fall under Category 2 prices.
